Hello Hugo

After spending my winter break transitioning Classmate’s website from hand-written HTML, CSS, and JS to Hugo, I decided to do the same for here. My only real reason for doing so was to benefit from the shared knowledge-base of a single tool and templating language. The transition was easy and everything looks the same (as intended). Farewell, Jekyll.
